Our Story
It all started when our founder, Maggie Oggi, realized that most kitchen accessories on the market lacked both style and functionality. As a busy mom of three young kids, Maggie knew that keeping an organized, beautiful, and efficient kitchen was no easy task. She dreamed of products that could tackle everyday challenges with ease while also brightening up her space.
After months of brainstorming and prototyping in her garage, Maggie launched Oggi with just five initial products: our signature Oggi Jars, Flip Lids, Nesting Bowls, Cutting Boards, and Utensil Holder. Using her background in industrial design, Maggie crafted these pieces to be sturdy, stylish, and endlessly useful for the home cook.
The very first Oggi products were an instant hit at houseware shows and with our initial retail partners. We rapidly expanded our offerings to meet customer demand. Over the years, the Oggi family has grown to include products that simplify pantry storage, fridge organization, bartending, baking, and so much more. With Maggie’s keen eye for both form and functionality, our collection has grown to over 200 ingenious products without losing sight of our core mission.

Our Design Process
From first sketch to finished product, each Oggi piece goes through a thoughtful design journey:
Identifying Needs
Our product development starts by identifying needs in the kitchen. How could we make this daily task easier? How could we organize this essential better? We listen closely to our community to understand your realities and challenges.
Conceptualizing
Next, our designers brainstorm and sketch out new product ideas that could tackle these needs creatively. They consider the limitations of materials and manufacturing while exploring shapes, mechanics, and ergonomics that could solve problems in a novel way.
Refining & Prototyping
The most promising ideas are selected for prototyping. Designers refine concepts and start crafting prototypes by hand in our workshops. We go through rounds of testing to ensure our products work just as envisioned and are enjoyable to interact with.
Production
Once finalized, products go into production using molds, machines, and expert technicians. We meticulously oversee each step of the manufacturing process to ensure our strict standards are met. All products are rigorously tested for quality assurance before being packaged up for customers.
Launching
The fun part – finally unveiling our innovative creations to the world! Our marketing team plans unique and engaging launch campaigns to get our new products into the hands of our customers.
