Order Processing
We will process orders placed on oggii.shop in a timely manner. However, we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
Pricing and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will correct it promptly.
We cannot guarantee that items will always be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time for any reason. Items are sold and shipped by Oggi® directly. We are solely responsible for processing and shipping orders, handling returns, and providing customer service.
Payment
All transaction information passed between our website and the payment gateway is encrypted using industry-standard SSL encryption. Card details are never saved on our server.
We accept payments online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of the payment card provided. By submitting payment information, you authorize our store and payment gateway to charge your card for the products and shipping fees.
All prices are in US Dollars. Additional duties, taxes, and fees may apply for orders shipped outside the US. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes relating to your purchases.
Refunds & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Oggi® purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt of shipment to request a return. Unused items returned in original condition within 30 days will receive a full refund. We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and we will provide instructions.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of return for your account to reflect the refund.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges or refunds if the above conditions are not met, or for any other reason permitted under law.
Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange shipment of purchased items to the shipping address provided after confirming receipt of full payment. We only ship completed orders.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only based on average shipping times. We are not liable for any shipping delays and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
You assume all risk of loss or damage in transit. Examine all packages for damage upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
Additional shipping charges will apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and internationally. Any customs fees or import duties are your responsibility.
Account Security

Any dispute arising from your use of this website or purchase of products will be settled through binding arbitration rather than in court, except you may assert claims on an individual non-class basis in small claims court if qualified.
